Hmm. This could be just the thing to get around the lack of decently salted butter here in Germany - genius! Thank you! (I love the image of their dancing - if I do it myself I'll definitely wiggle for all I'm worth!!)
ReplyDeleteHa! You can do this more easily if you have an electric mixer. Throw the heavy cream in and a teeny amount of salt, spin until butter. Voila!
